Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phswert's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your phswert account at any time by contacting phswert support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
phswert reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phswert reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
